C-21 responded to 351 Shewville Rd in Ledyard for a 1 alarm fire.  C-21 was originally assigned as the F.A.S.T. but was reassigned to lay a supply line by the Incident Commander.  Click here for pictures.

On September 11th, Sub Base Fire will play Sub Base Police in a softball game from 1100 - 1400hrs on base.  Food will be provided afterwards.  Only off duty uniformed members can play.  More info to follow.

The Submarine Base Fire Department took delivery of a 2010 Ford F550 Crew Cab with a utility body (C-17).  This vehicle will carry confined space equipment, misc. rescue equipment and tow a mobile decon trailer.  Vehicle will be placed into service after equipment is mounted and graphics are installed.

The Submarine Base Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2010 Ford F450 Wheeled Coach Ambulance to replace C-200.  The ambulance is expected to be placed into service in October after equipment is mounted and graphics are installed.  More pictures to follow.

On August 4th, C-21 along with G-33, Medic 12 and G-300 responded to a serious motorcyle accident on Route 12 between Ohio Ave and the Ledyard Line.
